Read "A Visit from St. Nicholas" written by Henry Livingston (better known as "The Night Before Christmas,") and make a festive jingle bracelet. Please note: This is a children's program. Come celebrate the holiday season at Clermont! Explore the mansion at your own pace from 11 am – 4 pm. Take in the rooms, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and listen to live traditional music performed by Tamarack. Our knowledgeable guides, dressed in period costume, will be available throughout the house to answer any questions about the mansion, the Livingston family, or the people who lived and worked on the estate. Enjoy warm cider in the Visitor Center while you view our special exhibits "Spero Meliora: Life in The Land of Livingston" and "Redefining The Family: The Livingstons and the Institution of Slavery."
