Jefferson Clinton Hotel

Jefferson Clinton Hotel The Jefferson Clinton Hotel, as it was originally named, was built in 1927. It is located in downtown Syracuse within historic Armory Square, a residential and commercial neighborhood. The property's life as a hotel lasted until 1989, when the building fell into disrepair and had to close its doors. The city of Syracuse took control of the property, and was initially unsuccessful in securing a developer. More recently, Washington Street Partners, in conjunction with several associates including Brandy, Wein & Busch Hospitality, saw the building's potential and acquired the property. With the help of the federal historic rehabilitation tax credit program, the building has been renovated and returned to its original use as a hotel.
