Blauvelt State Park is 590 acres of forested green space in Rockland County. Hiking trails provide the only access and afford spectacular views of the Hudson Valley.
Note: Park is undeveloped -- there are no toilets and there is limited parking.

Come join us at Blauvelt State Park in celebrating the fifth annual I Love My Park Day! I Love My Park Day is an exciting statewide event to improve and enhance New York's parks and historic sites and bring visibility to the entire park system and its needs. From 10 am to 12 pm we will be cleaning up litter around the tunnels. Please wear long pant, hiking shoes and insect and tick repellent. Work gloves and garbage bags will provided.We recommend volunteers be aged 10 or older. We will be parking along Tweed Boulevard. Please contact me for specific location.
