Nyack Beach State Park boasts 61 acres of riverfront along the Hudson in Rockland County. The most popular activities are picnicking, hiking, bicycling and fishing. Launching kayaks or windsurfers from the beach is permitted. Trails are open for cross-country skiing in winter.

Pets must be on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length.  Pets are not allowed in the Upper Plateau area.

Hours of Operation

  • A vehicle use fee is charged mid-April to October from 8am until 5 pm.

  • Open year round for day use. Weather permitting November 1 - April 1
  • Picnic area & Bath house rental: Available Mid-April - October

Fees & Rates
